Hello, I am Florence Mazy and I am passionate about human connection, relations and continuous improvement in companies.

I support SME leaders in turning their people-related challenges into concrete actions to improve workplace wellbeing and strengthen organisational robustness through the CAP methodology.

I offer 3 services: 

- Operational, tailored support to meet HR legal requirements and comply with the Well-being (Health & Safety) at Work Code (and be prepared for a potential inspection)

Strategic and tailored support for designing and implementing a clear strategy and action plan, with real employee involvement and based on a proven methodology

Workshops: Workplace well-being and work-life balance, intergenerational collaboration and integrating younger employees, introduction to Mental Health First Aid, giving constructive feedback… and many more

Why I do this? 

My travels and experience abroad (Australia, The Netherlands, Singapore, South Africa, The UK and Ireland) have thought me something important: no matter the cultures or the work processes, we are all humans, with universal needs, such as being heard and valued. 

My commitment in the field was born from personal experiences and observations: how much work, when missing meaning or support, can take a toll on physical and mental health, destroy energy and overwhelm personal life... and sometimes lead to burn-out or forced break.

I also witnessed the opposite: how much practical and strategic approaches can transform an organisation: support, give people a voice, reinforce collaboration… These are real leverages to give back meaning, engagement and performance at work. 

Here comes my firm belief : well-being at work is not luxury it is a necessity, and it's time to take action.

Trained in Organisational Change, Management and Consultancy at Maastricht University and in Workplace Wellness at Trinity College Dublin, I have chosen to take action and support organisations to tackle this challenge.

To bring this vision to life, I have decided in 2025, to create FloWellBeing.

The “flow”, in positive psychology, refers to this state where we are absorbed in an activity with energy, engagement, and satisfaction.

FloWellBeing supports employers and employees in finding serenity, energy and motivation: human transformations that are mesurables and sustainable, for authentic well-being which leads naturally to well-doing that shines.
